The mission of the Health and Wellness Services is to ensure that every student is healthy, safe, and ready to learn. We provide compassionate, student-centered care, manage chronic and acute health needs, promote wellness, and empower students and families with knowledge and support. Our goal is to create healthy school environments where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. 

Immunization Information

To comply with the California immunization law, parents, guardians, or responsible relatives must make sure the school has verification that the student has had the required immunizations before starting school. For a current list of the required immunizations to attend California schools please visit www.shotsforschool.org or contact your child's doctor's office.

Student Forms

All required health forms can be found on our Enrollment page under the "WHAT YOU NEED AND ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS" section. This includes Report of Health Examination for School Entry, Release of Information forms, Medication Authorization forms, and other essential documents needed for student enrollment and ongoing health services.
