Welcome to a new school year! I am very honored to return to the school where I once sat as a student, to now serve as principal. We have a wonderful staff here at Kelseyville Elementary that is dedicated to creating a vibrant and supportive environment for our children. As we embark on this journey together, I am excited to build upon our strong traditions and work collaboratively to make this year a rewarding experience for every student.

Principal Scott Conrad is a dedicated educational leader committed to fostering a positive school culture where every student thrives. Having grown up in the Kelseyville community and attended Kelseyville Elementary as a student, Scott brings a deep personal connection to the school and a genuine passion for serving this community.

Scott earned his teaching credentials and administrative certification and has spent his career focused on creating schools where students feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. His leadership philosophy centers on building strong relationships with students and families, supporting excellent teaching practices, and maintaining high academic and behavioral expectations for all students. Scott is a strong advocate for the PBIS framework and believes that when we invest in positive relationships and clear behavioral expectations, all students can succeed.
