Student Leadership
The Student Body Council (SBC) at KES is a meaningful leadership group of dedicated 4th and 5th-grade students who are committed to building school spirit, promoting positive behavior, and supporting our school community.
Our council members serve as role models by demonstrating respect, responsibility, and teamwork in everything they do. Through meaningful leadership opportunities, students develop a voice in school culture while learning valuable life skills.
Our Mission
The SBC strengthens student character and leadership through decision-making, planning, and service opportunities. Members ensure student representation, organize school-wide events, and lead by example.
What We Do
Members actively participate in school-wide leadership opportunities such as creating and reading the weekly bulletin with the principal, helping plan spirit days and special events, and identifying ways to strengthen camaraderie and inclusivity across campus. The council provides students with a voice in school culture while encouraging civic responsibility and leadership development.
