WELCOME BACK!
As we kick off 2026, we're excited about all the learning and growth ahead. These next few months are the perfect time to buckle down and finish strong. Showing up to school each day and on time is the first step to success. Let's work together to support our students' attendance so they can give their very best as we head into the home stretch of the school year.
WINTER WELLNESS
With all the sniffles and bugs making their rounds, it’s helpful to remind our students to wash their hands regularly, keep their hands away from their face, and give their friends a little personal space. If your child does get sick and needs to stay home, please call the office to let us know. We appreciate you helping us keep our school community healthy!
DELAC MEETING – JANUARY 12
Join us for our first District English Language Advisory Committee meeting of 2026 on January 12 at 5:30 pm in the KHS library. Children are welcome, we'll have a room set up with coloring activities and a movie so the kids can enjoy themselves while you meet with us. See you there!

FREE BOOKS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS!
We are excited to announce that students can now access thousands of books from home through the Sora Reading App! Sora is available through your child’s ClassLink account. This weekend is the perfect time to browse the app and pick out a new story together!
LOST AND FOUND ALERT
Our lost and found (located on the east side of the main building) is overflowing! Please swing by to check for any missing jackets, water bottles, lunch boxes, or other items.
KEEPING CAMPUS CLEAN
Please remind your child to make sure they are tossing their trash in the bins around campus. When we all do our part, our school stays clean and welcoming for everyone! Thank you for your support.
