PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES – OCT. 21 -24 | 12:30 PM DISMISSAL
Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place October 21–24. This is a great opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher and discuss their progress. Students will be dismissed early at 12:30 pm on these days. If you did not receive a conference appointment, please contact your child’s teacher.
TRUNK-OR-TREAT CANDY DRIVE – DUE OCT. 21
We’re getting ready for our Trunk-or-Treat event on October 24th at 5:30 pm in the MUR parking lot, and need your help! Please send in candy donations with your student by October 21st. The class that brings in the most candy will win a pizza party! Thank you for helping us make Halloween extra sweet for our students!
NATIONAL SCHOOL BUS SAFETY WEEK
Next week is National School Bus Safety Week! It’s a great time to remind our students about the importance of riding safely, like staying seated, following the driver’s instructions, and being aware of their surroundings while getting on and off the bus. As drivers, let’s also be extra cautious during drop-off and pick-up and watch for students crossing the street. Thank you for helping keep everyone safe!
DELAC MEETING – OCT. 22
We’re excited to invite parents to the first District English Language Advisory Committee (DELAC) meeting of the year! Join us on October 22nd at 5:30 pm in the Kelseyville High School Library to help provide input and guidance on programs and decisions that support our English Learner students.

HALLOWEEN DANCE & TRUNK-OR-TREAT – OCT. 24
We’re so excited for a spooktacular evening on Friday, October 24th! Join us for Trunk-or-Treat in the MUR parking lot starting at 5:30 pm – don’t forget to bring a bag for collecting treats! Then, get ready to dance the night away at our Halloween Dance starting at 6:30 pm.
Food will be available for purchase from La Catrina Food Truck from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and our PTO will be selling beverages and treats. We’ll have a cakewalk, music, and fun activities – costumes are encouraged! If you’d like to volunteer, please email our PTO at kelseyville.elementary.pto@gmail.com. We can’t wait to see you there!
