It brings me immense pride to welcome you all to Riviera Elementary School! Growing up in Kelseyville and graduating from Kelseyville High School, this community holds a special place in my heart, and it's an honor to be part of your children's educational journey.

Our dedicated staff works tirelessly to ensure that every child has the best possible experience, and we believe that every student deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential.

About Principal Tavis Perkins
Principal Tavis Perkins is a dedicated educational leader with over 25 years of service in Kelseyville Unified School District. He is now entering his sixth year at Riviera Elementary School, bringing a wealth of experience, passion, and deep community connections to his role.
As a proud Kelseyville native and Kelseyville High School graduate, Mr. Perkins has spent his entire career serving the community that shaped him. His leadership philosophy is rooted in building strong relationships with students, families, and staff, and creating a school culture where every child feels supported and empowered to succeed.
Mr. Perkins is committed to fostering academic excellence while also prioritizing social-emotional development and character building. He believes that when schools, families, and the community work together, students achieve their greatest potential. Under his leadership, Riviera Elementary continues to be a place where students are encouraged to be curious learners, respectful community members, and confident individuals.
