Winter Break – Dec. 22 - Jan. 2
Thank you to our students, families, and staff for a successful first half of the school year. Winter Break is a well-deserved opportunity to rest, recharge, and spend time with loved ones. We hope everyone returns refreshed and ready for the next chapter of the school year when classes resume on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Free Social Media Safety Workshops
The Polly Klaas Foundation is offering free workshops to help keep our teens safe online and in the real world. Topics include the real consequences of sexting and sex trafficking, the dangers of running away, and how to spot red flags in online behavior. Workshops include childcare, free dinner, and are open to all families. The first workshop will be on Jan. 8, 2026, so save the date! Learn more and RSVP here.
Acellus Coursework
All Acellus coursework is due May 15 and must be completed to be eligible for graduation. Don’t wait until the last minute! Trying to finish weeks of lessons in just a couple of days won’t work, since the course tracks progress over time, not just completion. Stay on top of your lessons now to stay on track for success!
Community Service Hours
Winter break is a great time for students to earn community service hours! Stop by the office to pick up your forms and find ways to give back.
