8TH GRADE KRISPY KREME FUNDRAISER – MAR. 9–23
Our 8th graders are kicking off a Krispy Kreme fundraiser from March 9–23! You can order a dozen glazed donuts or a gift card (perfect for out-of-town family and friends) — both are $18. Place your order with any 8th grader or 8th-grade parent. Donuts will be picked up fresh from Krispy Kreme and available for parent pick-up at the library on Thursday, April 2nd. SMART SNACKS WELLNESS POLICY
As a reminder, our school wellness policy requires that any snacks brought in for birthdays or classroom celebrations meet federal Smart Snacks standards. This keeps our meal program in good standing — and our students fueled to learn! Think fruit platters, veggie trays, or other wholesome alternatives to high-sugar treats. LIBRARY CARDS, THE BOOKMOBILE, AND MORE!
March is National Reading Month, and we're celebrating all month long by making it easier than ever for our students to discover the joy of reading! Our library is now open during break, lunch, and after school until 3:30 pm. Students are welcome to stop in to check out books or work on assignments. We're also working to get every student signed up for a free county library card (don’t forget to sign and return the form sent home with your student), which unlocks access to books, graphic novels, audiobooks, and even monthly book requests. And coming soon: the Bookmobile rolls onto campus on Thursday, March 13!

MONTHLY ATTENDANCE CHALLENGE
Each month, three students who miss no more than one day of school are entered into a drawing for some seriously cool prizes. Let’s help our students show up on time, ready to learn — they just might score something amazing!
