CONSTRUCTION SAFETY REMINDER
There is ongoing construction down the street where a new sidewalk is being installed from KHS to MVMS and KES. During this time, it's important that we all prioritize the safety of our students. We ask drivers to be extra aware of children crossing and to pay close attention to stop signs and construction zones. We encourage your child to use the temporary crosswalk we have in place and remind them of proper road crossing safety—looking both ways before crossing. Please reinforce these safety habits with your child as we continue through the end of the year.
SUPPORT OUR 8TH GRADERS THIS SUMMER
Mark your calendar! Our 8th grade class will be selling pizza as a fundraiser on Saturday, June 20, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Community Fest at Riviera Elementary School. Come by and have some fun while supporting our students.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your student’s teacher or contact me at rkale@kvusd.org.
