The games have begun! We're hosting the Lake County Junior High Athletic League Boys Basketball Tournament right here in the MUR from February 26-28. Come out and cheer on our student athletes! You can view the brackets here.
NATIONAL READING MONTH - MARCH
March is National Reading Month, and we're celebrating all month long by making it easier than ever for our students to discover the joy of reading! Our library is now open during break, lunch, and after school until 3:30 pm. Students are welcome to stop in to check out books or work on assignments. We're also working to get every student signed up for a free county library card, which unlocks access to books, graphic novels, audiobooks, and even monthly book requests. And coming soon: the Bookmobile rolls onto campus on Thursday, March 13!
ATTENDANCE CHALLENGE KICKS OFF MARCH 3
You can't win if you're not here! Our monthly attendance challenge kicks off Monday, March 3. Students with perfect attendance for the month will be entered into a drawing for awesome prizes, courtesy of LCOE. Let's make every day count!
