VALENTINE DANCE – TONIGHT!
Join us TONIGHT for the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Valentine Dance on Friday, Feb. 13, from 6:00-8:00 pm in the gym. If your child hasn’t gotten their ticket yet, tickets will be available at the door for $5, and snacks will be available for purchase.
NO SCHOOL – MONDAY, FEB. 16
There will be no school on Monday, February 16th, in observance of Presidents’ Day.
SPRING SPORTS TRYOUTS – PAPERWORK DUE FEB. 20
Spring sports season is here! Tryout dates and times are listed below:
- Co-Ed Soccer: February 23 & 24 | 3:30 pm
- Softball: February 23 & 24 | 3:30 pm
- Co-Ed Track & Field: March 2 & 3 | 3:30 pm
- Co-Ed Wrestling: March 2 & 3 | 3:30 pm
Sports physicals must be submitted to the MVMS Athletics Google Classroom before trying out. All MVMS athletics paperwork is due on or before February 20 (paperwork only needs to be submitted once per school year, so if your physical was submitted earlier this year, no need to resubmit). CONGRATS TO OUR TRIPLE THREAT TOURNAMENT CHAMPS!
Congratulations to our Girls Basketball A Team on winning the Fort Bragg Triple Threat Basketball Tournament last weekend! This has been an incredible season, and we are so proud of our student-athletes and coaching team. Way to go, Lancers!
NEW LIBRARY HOURS!
The library is now open for students during break, lunch, and after school until 3:30 pm. Students can check out books or work on assignments during these times.
