MISSED PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES?
Thank you to everyone who attended our Parent-Teacher Conferences this week. If you did not have a scheduled conference and would like to meet with your student's teacher, please call the office at (707) 279-4060 to arrange a meeting.
ONLINE SAFETY WORKSHOP
On January 26th and 27th, all students will participate in a Polly Klaas Foundation presentation focused on social media safety and making smart choices online. This workshop gives students practical tools to navigate the digital world safely. We had a great district-wide session for parents recently, and now it's our students' turn to get this valuable information! If you have questions about the presentation or prefer your student not attend, please contact the office.
ELAC MEETING – JAN. 28
Our next English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) meeting will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 28, at 4:00 pm in room 6. We hope to see you there!
8TH GRADE HEALTH EDUCATION
Starting at the end of January, our 8th-grade students will begin a comprehensive health education course designed to give them important knowledge about wellness, decision-making, and healthy relationships. This information equips our students with the skills they need to navigate their teenage years safely and with the knowledge to make informed choices. If you have questions about the curriculum or prefer to handle these topics at home, please contact the office!
LCOE ATTENDANCE CHALLENGE – MONTHLY DRAWINGS
We're celebrating the importance of regular attendance! Students with one absence or fewer will be automatically entered into a drawing for prizes. The next drawing will be held on Monday, Feb. 3. We know life happens, so even with one missed day, your student is still entered. Let's make showing up and learning together a priority this year!
GIRLS BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT – JAN. 29-31
The Lake County Girls Basketball Championship will be held Wednesday, Jan. 29, through Friday, Jan. 31, at the MUR building and Kelseyville High School gym. Stay tuned for the bracket/schedule. Grab a snack at the snack shack and cheer on our Lancers as they compete for the championship!

WINTER WELLNESS
As cold and flu season continues, please remind your student to wash their hands regularly, avoid touching their face, and respect others’ personal space. If your student needs to miss school due to illness, please call the office to let us know. Thank you for helping keep our school community healthy.
